Andrew, Firstly, final payment has been made today (see attached payment advice) Thanks so much for a job well done! You were great from the start and your men continued it right to the end. You turned up promptly, went about your business, got us the quote before anyone else and we were very impressed. Once we had decided to use NSA Roofing we had a representative attend site to begin erecting scaffold and delivering materials…..at all times we had been informed of NSA Roofing’s activities and were impressed generally in the communication between NSA Roofing and ourselves. The end product looks amazing and it has been one of the best additions to our home since we moved in around 10 years ago. Hey Andrew, Re: your clarification comments I agree with all of them and understand the challenges that you were presented with. All of the hardware that the supplier provided for the guttering actually arrived with the first delivery (that was returned prior to the cyclone) hence they must have been wrong in the original delivery inventory that they sent you! It doesn’t surprise me that you had in fact checked the inventories as every other interaction we have had was clearly well thought out and professional. As to what is fair, with the additional costs for doing the extra patio roof, let’s split the difference I will add $200 to the invoice you just sent through and we’ll cover the removal costs?

Final comment; I am also unsurprised by the frank, honest and professional response you have provided throughout and to my last email. It is to your credit as a business person and that attitude will no doubt keep your business in good shape into the future. No doubt the supplier here in Townsville could learn a thing or two from your professionalism as I would not use them again or recommend them either. On that note I am more than happy to provide a reference or testimonial for your website if that would be useful – in my opinion it is what you do and the way you conduct yourself when things are going wrong that really defines your professionalism.

Shame you guys are so far away as no doubt there are a few more smaller jobs we will need in the future.

Brett, I would just like to commend the way in which your men and you conducted yourselves onsite whilst doing our extension. We appreciate the attitude taken towards the box gutters and building complications that we experienced. Once Ryan (the builder) sorted out the framing, it all fell into place nicely. The roof looks great! We will be in touch at some point early next year to discuss the new house at Brookwater we will be building….Bye for now.
